Research on Rural Landscape Design from the Perspective of Agriculture, Culture and Tourism: A Case Study of Yucai Village in Sanya

Abstract

The integration of agriculture, culture, and tourism serves as the core approach to activating rural endogenous vitality under the rural
revitalization strategy. As the carrier of "agricultural production, cultural heritage, and tourism experiences, " rural landscapes require design
that balances four key functions: ecological conservation, productive capacity, living environment, and cultural-tourism integration. This study
examines Yucai Village in Sanya, analyzing its resource endowments and existing challenges from an integrated agricultural-cultural-tourism
perspective. Through four strategic dimensions "industrializing production landscapes, scenically developing cultural landscapes, experientializing living landscapes, and tourismizing ecological landscapes" the paper proposes targeted design strategies. These recommendations
aim to provide practical references for creating integrated rural landscapes that are "tourable, livable, and workable, " ultimately supporting
Yucai Village in achieving its development goals of "thriving industries, eco-friendly habitats, and civilized rural customs."
