Abstract


As craftsmanship techniques and structural designs have evolved, alongside emerging musical forms and shifting performance
contexts, the trumpet has expanded its repertoire to include increasingly complex technical pieces. This progression has gradually transformed
it into a multifaceted instrument capable of diverse musical expressions.
??This article examines Eino Tambergs historical signifi cance and his contributions to trumpet music, analyzes his First Trumpet Concerto
Op.42, and provides a concise overview of the trumpets performance techniques and training methods featured in the work.
