Practice Exploration of Middle School Choir Teaching from the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education

Abstract


Against the dual backdrop of the new curriculum standards emphasizing "moral education and talent cultivation" and the digital
transformation of education, the deep integration of ideological and political education (IPE) with middle school choral courses has emerged
as a crucial pathway to enhance students' core competencies. Addressing the practical challenges in IPE within choral education, this study
proposes an innovative "three-stage integration + cross-media empowerment" teaching model. Through pre-class identification of IPE elements, in-class cross-media immersion, and post-class diversified evaluation extension, the research systematically explores the integration
logic and implementation strategies by analyzing the teaching case of "The Yellow River Cantata". The study aims to resolve current issues
such as weak integration awareness, overuse of digital tools, and monolithic evaluation systems, providing a new solution with both theoretical value and practical feasibility for the reform of IPE in middle school music education.
