Construction of Paths for Cultivating Cross-Cultural Communication Talents in Low-Altitude Economy through College English Education from the Perspective of New-Quality Productivity

Mengzhu Sun*, Fangzhou Yue, Xuewei Li

Abstract

Focusing on the contradiction between the urgent demand for cross-cultural communication talents in the global low-altitude
economy and the mismatch of college English education supply, this study analyzes the core competence requirements of such talents
under new-quality productivity via literature, case and data analysis methods. It explores the main practical difficulties existing in
current college English education and constructs a four-dimensional training path: curriculum interdisciplinary integration, teaching
scenario innovation, in-depth industry-university-research cooperation, and composite teacher team construction. This path effectively
bridges the gap between talent training and industrial needs, providing a practical paradigm for colleges and universities to accurately
align with the development needs of the low-altitude economy and promote its high-quality international development in the context of
globalization.
