Under the broader context of globalization and informatization intertwining, modern visual art design faces the dual challenges of
cultural homogenization and lack of individuality. Traditional artistic elements, as a visual carrier of national cultural genes,provide an impor
tant resource for modern visual art design to break through the dilemma of homogeneity and reconstruct cultural identity. Currently, how to
transform traditional artistic elements from a state of superficial, fragmented appropriation into deep and systematic design language innova
tion has become a core issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the design field. In-depth exploration of the transformation mechanisms,
application principles, and innovation paths of traditional artistic elements in modern visual art design holds significant theoretical value and
practical significance for establishing a Chinese design discourse mode with national roots and contemporary characteristics.
