Study on the Localized Expression and Global Communication of the External Publicity Translation of Guanzhong Hongquan from the Perspective of International Communication

Ru Li

Abstract

As a traditional Wushu style bearing the cultural genes of the Qin region, Guanzhong Hongquan is confronted with core predica
ments in its external publicity translation, such as the distortion of culture-loaded words, insufficient localized expression and disconnection
from the communication context. Based on the demands of international communication, it is necessary to construct a translation paradigm
that balances the cultural core and cross-cultural acceptability under the guidance of the three principles of cultural authenticity, audience
adaptation and integration and symbiosis. We can optimize terminology conversion through the composite strategy of "transliteration + free
translation + annotation", realize the integration of translation and scenarios by virtue of diverse carriers such as short videos, performances
and online courses, and promote localized communication through cross-cultural interaction, thereby enhancing the accuracy, perceptibility
and sustainability of the global communication of Hongquan.
