Abstract


With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, its application in the field of human resource management is becoming increasingly widespread. This paper explores the specific applications of artificial intelligence in recruitment, training, performance
management, salary and benefits, and employee relations, analyzes the challenges such as privacy protection, technical adaptation, data quality, and human-machine collaboration faced during the implementation process, and proposes optimization measures.
