From Technological Adaptation to Pedagogical Innovation: A Study on the Stage Characteristics of Teachers' Digital Intelligence Ability Improvement

Ling Zeng

Abstract

In the context of educational digital transformation, teachers 'digital literacy has become a crucial driver for teaching innovation.
Current efforts to enhance teachers' digital capabilities face challenges such as technology adoption remaining at a tool-based level, a disconnect between technological adaptation and instructional innovation, and insufficient progression across competency development stages. This
paper proposes establishing a phased competency development framework, deepening integrated training on technology and teaching practices, and improving long-term support mechanisms to facilitate the transition of teachers 'capabilities from technical proficiency to innovative
teaching practices. Practice has demonstrated that this approach effectively enhances teachers' digital literacy and strengthens their abilities in
intelligent instructional design and innovative application.
