An Empirical Study of Learning Outcomes in Project-Based Teaching from the Perspective of 'The Integration of Skills and Artistry' -- Taking Digital Cultural and Tourism Projects as an Example
Abstract
Project-Based Learning (PBL) serves as a typical model for fostering interdisciplinary collaboration. This paper examines the mechanisms
through which PBL influences students' professional pride, focusing on aspects such as team diversity, communication and interaction, access
to information resources, sense of experience and belonging, and a sense of personal achievement. The results indicate that heterogeneous
team composition---combining 'development' and 'media' disciplines---significantly and positively predicts project learning outcomes; crossdisciplinary communication and knowledge sharing mediate the relationship between team heterogeneity and learning outcomes; and realworld contexts significantly enhance students' cultural identity and professional confidence. This study provides empirical evidence for interdisciplinary teaching reform within the context of industry-education integration.
