Prevailing Challenges and Optimization Strategies for the Implementation of the 1+X Certificate System in Finance and Accounting Programs under the Context of Digital Transformation
Abstract
system serves as a crucial bridge connecting finance and accounting academic education with digital role requirements. Currently, in the process of promoting finance and accounting professional certificates, the integration of academic credentials and vocational certificates is not yet
mature, the certificate standards are disconnected from the dynamic requirements of digital roles, and the support is not strong enough from
school-enterprise collaborative education, resulting in the system education efficacy struggling to be fully exerted. This paper examines the
practical obstacles to the implementation of certificates, and proposes a systematic improvement pathway from three dimensions: curriculum
reconfiguration, collaborative mechanisms, and evaluation systems in order to facilitate financial and accounting professionals to adapt to industrial digital transformation.
