AI Empowering Elderly Dance Art Education: Innovative and Practical Exploration of Aging Appropriate Dance Teaching Mode
Abstract

elderly dance teaching has problems such as fixed modes, outdated content, and lack of layered teaching, making it difficult to adapt to the
diverse and personalized learning and health needs of the elderly. Artificial intelligence technology, with its unique advantages such as posture
correction, dynamic monitoring, and layered teaching, provides a new path for the aging oriented reform of dance art education for the elderly.
This article is based on the perspective of AI empowerment, combined with the physical and mental characteristics of the elderly and the laws
of aesthetic education, to explore the innovative logic, construction path, and practical strategies of age appropriate dance teaching mode. The
aim is to promote the scientific, precise, and personalized transformation of elderly dance teaching, improve the elderly aesthetic education
system, and help promote the high-quality development of active aging and smart elderly education.
