Li Li, Manman Li

Abstract

The wave of digital economy and sustainable development have prompted a paradigm shift in business education. New Business
emphasizes interdisciplinary integration, technological convergence, and value-driven talent cultivation orientation. ESG literacy is a necessary comprehensive literacy for modern business managers. It can make up for the current deficiency that overemphasizes technical tools over
value speculation in the digital teaching reform of Business Management. This paper analyzes the inherent logic among New Business, ESG
literacy, and disciplinary digital reform, identifies the structural contradictions in the process of digital transformation of Business Management, and then explores the realization pathways for embedding ESG literacy deeply into Business Management.
