Application-oriented Talent Cultivation Models in Higher Education Institutions from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

Abstract


Industry-education integration serves as a key pathway for the transformation and development of higher education in the new
era, an important support for the cultivation of application-oriented talents, and an effective bridge between talent supply in higher education and industrial talent demands. This paper takes industry-education integration as its core logic, analyzes practical dilemmas faced by the
application-oriented talent cultivation in higher education institutions, explores solutions from aspects such as education system restructuring,
collaborative mechanism improvement and practice platform construction, and establishes a sustained education model adapted to industrial
advancement, aiming to provide reference for higher education institutions to promote educational and teaching reform and improve the quality of application-oriented talent cultivation.
