Abstract

Against the backdrop of free trade port construction, Haikou's supply chain industry has experienced rapid development, with market demand for resilient supply chain talent continuously rising. School-enterprise collaborative education serves as the core model for vocational education to align with industrial development, while training bases, as the primary vehicle for talent cultivation, directly influence the
quality of supply chain talent development and regional supply chain resilience. This study takes Haikou's supply chain training base as the
research subject, analyzing its current construction status and challenges. By integrating the concept of school-enterprise collaborative education, it explores construction pathways and safeguard strategies tailored to Haikou's free trade port supply chain development. The aim is to
improve the training education system, cultivate high-quality supply chain practitioners, and support stable, efficient, and resilient regional
