Exploration on the Construction of Talent Training System for Rural Wellness Industry in Hainan

Zhen Ye

Abstract

Rural wellness is one fast growing business form under the combined influences of Hainan Free Trade Port construction, rural revitalization and Healthy China strategy; Hainan owns tropical rain forest, hot spring, southern herbal medicine and Li Miao ethnic medicine
resources, so its rural wellness industry holds huge development potential, yet talent shortage becomes the main factor that blocks the industry
from upgrading its service quality. At present, Hainan rural wellness sector meets several real world troubles, for example, compound professional workers cannot meet market demands, local talent training work is not strong enough, inheritors of ethnic folk medicine are hard to
find, mechanisms for attracting and keeping talents are imperfect, standardized industry training systems are missing, and talent resources
show uneven distribution between cities and countryside. Based on collected reference documents, combined with real backgrounds such as
wellness service demands from seasonal migrant elderly groups, local ethnic medicine features and Free Trade Port talent policies, this paper
sorts out practical difficulties in building rural wellness talent teams in Hainan; it explores how to set up matching talent training systems from
six dimensions, including clarifying talent training goals, building multi level training modes, expanding talent attracting channels, building
practical training platforms, making industry evaluation standards, and improving incentive and guarantee rules; these outputs can offer human capital support for high quality growth of Hainan's rural wellness industry.
