Research on Innovation in the Training Mechanism for College Accounting Talent in the Context of Smart Accounting

Abstract

The transformation of intelligent accounting has reshaped the competency standards for finance and accounting positions, and compound digital oriented finance and accounting talents have become a core demand of the industry. At present, the traditional talent training of
finance and accounting majors in universities is confronted with practical problems including outdated curriculum systems, insufficient construction of intelligent training facilities, and superficial university enterprise collaborative education, resulting in a disconnection between talent cultivation and corporate job requirements. Based on the core competency requirements for finance and accounting posts, this paper sorts
out the existing shortcomings in talent education, and puts forward innovative optimization approaches from three dimensions: curriculum
system, practical training platforms, and university enterprise education mechanisms. It provides references for the intelligent teaching reform
of finance and accounting majors in universities.
