Abstract

Driven by new quality productive forces, the accounting and finance industry has undergone comprehensive digital and intelligent transformation. Tools such as big data, financial intelligent agents and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) have reshaped the working
logic of accounting posts. The traditional training system for accounting majors in higher vocational colleges, which emphasizes accounting calculation while neglecting digital technology, can hardly match the employment demands of industries. Based on the development
requirements of new quality productive forces, this paper analyzes the existing shortcomings in the training of traditional accounting
talents, clarifies the internal logic of integrating big data and financial intelligent agents into finance and accounting education, and reconstructs the talent training path from multiple dimensions including education philosophy, modularized curriculum, full-chain practical
training, compound teaching staff and school-enterprise collaborative mechanism. It promotes the in-depth integration of finance and accounting majors with digital technologies, and realizes the precise matching between the supply of compound accounting talents in higher
vocational colleges and intelligent finance posts.
