Research on the Path of Role Transformation of University Counselors Enabled by Artificial Intelligence from the Perspective of All-domain Education

Abstract

The concept of all-domain education is an innovative sublimation of the "Three-Complete Education" initiative in the spatial
all-linkage education dimension. With the deepening of this concept and the penetration of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, university counselors are facing critical role transformation. Currently, the adaptability of traditional student work models lags behind. Although
"AI+Education" has great development potential, counselor teams generally face the dilemma of insufficient AI literacy. Under the new requirements of all-domain education, it is necessary to clarify power and responsibility boundaries and build a collaborative education platform
to connect cross-space education resources; relying on AI technology, university counselors should adhere to the in-depth integration of political guidance and humanistic care, build a new human-machine co-existent education ecology, and complete the transformation to a "digitalintelligent" education role. This transformation not only meets the development needs of moral cultivation in the new era, but also is an inherent requirement for universities to cultivate new generations shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.
