Yunying Li

Abstract

Immersion teaching breaks through the limitations of unidirectional indoctrination in traditional red culture education with its educational characteristics of scene recreation, sensory infiltration, and interactive participation. It is a new paradigm for innovative ideological
and political education in higher education in the new era. Currently, the academic community has conducted a series of studies on the theoretical connotation, practice modalities, practical dilemmas, and optimization pathways of immersion teaching of red culture, and has achieved
rich research results. This paper synthesizes relevant research results, summarizes the theoretical basis and practice models of immersive red
education, analyzes the problems such as poor compatibility, shallow connotation and unsound mechanisms in current educational process,
proposes optimization pathways for effectiveness enhancement, organizes the results and shortcomings of existing research, and presents
forward-looking insights on future research directions, aiming to provide certain theoretical reference and practical insights for improving the
quality and effectiveness of red culture education in higher education.
