Abstract


With the gradual increase of young ideological and political teachers in Marxist related disciplines in colleges and universities,
improving their professional quality is an urgent requirement for the construction of a high level of teachers, but also a practical need for the
ideological and political discipline, and an inevitable choice for the implementation of national policies. However, at present, young teachers
of ideological and political courses in Marxist related subjects in colleges and universities still have some problems in the improvement of
professional literacy. To this end, the country, schools and teachers should take certain measures to solve those problems.
