Weiguo Li, Shen Luo, Jun Xiang

Abstract

This study applies Output-Based Education (OBE) to cultivate badminton-specific competence among physical education majors at
Zhaoqing College. It identifies needs in technique, tactics, fitness, and psychological quality. A four-in-one system is proposed, enhancing
