Abstract


Postgraduate enrolment is an important way for the country to select high-level talents, which bears the initial mission of educating people for the Party and selecting talents for the country, and also shoulders the social responsibility of meeting the peoples demand for
higher-level and better education. Since entering the new era, postgraduate enrollment has carried the noble mission of educating people for
the party and talent for the country and the important responsibility of serving the strategic development of the country and enhancing the productivity of new quality. In this paper, from the four dimensions of security, procedure, strategy and emotion, we explain that in the new era,
postgraduate enrollment should be optimised and improved in four aspects, such as guarding the safe enrollment with all its strength, striving
to guarantee the standardised enrollment, striving to achieve the scientific enrollment, and striving to create the warm enrollment, so that it can
better serve the national strategic needs and the economic and social development needs, and forge a strong postgraduate team of the new era,
the army of life. The new era of the postgraduate team will be forged into a powerful army of vitality.
