Research on the Management of College Counselors and Students Under the Background of Three Complete Education

Abstract

Under the background of the rapid development of higher education, the concept of three full education (full education, whole
education, all-round education) has become the core guiding ideology of college education. As the most basic leader, organization manager
and coordinator of student management work, the role and responsibilities of university counselors are particularly important. This paper aims
to discuss how college counselors can effectively carry out student management under the background of three comprehensive education,
and realize the goal of students comprehensive development through innovative ideas, optimizing management mode and improving education ability.
