Abstract

With the continuous progress of society and the renewal of educational concepts, university student management is facing new
challenges and opportunities. Traditional management model can no longer meet the diverse needs of modern college students, making the
application of humanized management strategies particularly important in university student management. This paper aims to explore the humanized management strategies in university student affairs, analyze their advantages and disadvantages in practical operations, and propose
corresponding suggestions for improvement.
