Research on the International Talent Cultivation Model under the Belt and Road Initiative: A Case Study of Tsingde College of Qingdao Technical College

Abstract


With the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the cultivation of international talent has become a priority for educational reform across many countries. Tsingde College of Qingdao Technical College has developed a systematic approach to international
talent development by innovating its educational model through cross-cultural communication, digital education, and industry-academia collaboration. This paper, based on a comprehensive analysis of domestic and international studies, provides an in-depth examination of Tsingde
Colleges international talent development model. It highlights the models innovations, evaluates its effectiveness in practice, and summarizes its experiences and challenges in leveraging digital education and international cooperation. The research offers valuable insights for advancing the internationalization of vocational education in China and cultivating versatile talents aligned with the needs of the Belt and Road
Initiative.
