This paper takes public funded normal students as the research object, With post internship as the research background, According
to the performance of the public funded normal students teaching design ability, teaching implementation ability and teaching evaluation ability, The optimization strategy is put forward from the three levels of public funded normal students, instructors and training institutions, In this
way, it can help public funded normal students to improve their teaching practice ability and promote the development of rural education.
