Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology and the acceleration of globalization, foreign language education faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Digital literacy, as one of the core competencies in foreign language teaching in the new era, significantly influences the quality of foreign language instruction and students learning effectiveness. This study aims to explore the current state
of college students digital literacy and its impact on their learning outcomes. Through a literature review, questionnaires, and interviews, the
research analyzes the components, existing issues, and potential improvement strategies related to college students digital literacy, providing
valuable insights for the digital transformation of foreign language education.
