Abstract


With the rapid development of Chinas economy and society and the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure, vocational
education is playing an increasingly important role in cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel. As an important part of vocational education teachers, the innovative team construction of double-qualified teachers is of great significance for improving the quality of
vocational education, promoting the integration of industry and education, and promoting the modernization of education. It aims to explore
the new requirements, current situation, problems and construction paths of the double-qualified teacher innovation team construction in
vocational education, in order to provide reference for relevant practices.
