It is Better to be Quick than to be Slow -- Teaching Case of Sprint Month for Physical Education Test in the Middle School Entrance Examination

Bingbing Shao, Wenxiang Pei

Abstract

After the spring semester began, the physical examination for the high school entrance examination was the first item to be reviewed, which brought a great challenge to our physical education teaching in the third year of junior high school. The originally normal and
stable teaching rhythm was forced to accelerate training by pressing the fast forward button, but there are always more solutions than difficulties. As long as we make full use of existing information technology and fully grasp the learning situation, we can better divide time to
carry out teaching activities, help students improve their physical fitness and skill levels in a short period of time, and ensure excellent results
in the physical education examination for the high school entrance examination.
