Abstract

With the in-depth implementation of the strategy of mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation, innovation and entrepreneurship
education has become an important part of college education. As an important guide for the growth of college students, college counselors
play a vital role in innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper aims to discuss the current situation, challenges and coping strategies of college counselors and student education under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education, in order to provide reference for improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities.
