Research on the Optimization Path of College Student Management from the Perspective of Humanistic Care
Abstract
The high-quality development of higher education puts forward higher requirements for the management of college students. As an
important part of the administrative work in colleges and universities, student management not only carries the management function, but also
bears the function of education. From the perspective of humanistic care, this paper discusses the shortcomings in the current college student
management, and puts forward specific optimization paths and strategies, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of college student
management by introducing the concept of humanistic care, and promote the comprehensive development of students.
