Research on Influencing Factors and Improving Strategies of Vocational College Students Employability

Abstract


This study focuses on the key issue of employability of vocational college students. With the development of economy and the
adjustment of industrial structure, vocational undergraduate education has been paid more and more attention, and the employability of vocational undergraduate students has become an important factor affecting their future development and social stability. By combing relevant
literature and questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of vocational college students employability. These factors
include education and teaching quality, practical teaching links, students own quality, enterprise needs and cooperation. The aim is to provide
theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the employability of vocational undergraduate students, so as to promote the sustainable
development of vocational undergraduate education and the high-quality employment of college students.
