Abstract


With the rapid development of society and economic transformation and upgrading, entrepreneurship and employment has become an important choice for higher vocational college students after graduation. However, there are still many deficiencies in the competence of higher vocational college students in entrepreneurship and employment, such as weak entrepreneurial awareness, lack of employment skills, and poor market adaptability. As an important base for cultivating highly skilled talents, the entrepreneurial and employment
ability of higher vocational colleges is directly related to the development of social economy and personal career development. With the
acceleration of globalization and information technology, the economic structure is constantly adjusted, emerging industries are constantly
emerging, and the demand for talents also shows a trend of diversification and high-end. In this context, the entrepreneurship and employment competence of higher vocational college students has become an important indicator to measure their education quality and social
adaptability.
