Abstract


Aesthetics is a kind of non-rational cognitive way, which can construct rational value in the field of sensibility, and can abandon
instrumental rationality to rationality rich in life connotation. The value of aesthetics is not only embodied in artistic skills and emotional
cultivation, but also in the function of shaping an ideal personality and transforming the character of the times, thus forming an integrated
trend with ideological and political education. The aestheticization of ideological and political education has important theoretical significance
and practical significance; it is conducive to promoting the deepening of theoretical development of ideological and political education in the
cross-fertilization of disciplines with aesthetics; it is conducive to conforming to the background of the era of smart media and promoting
the reform and innovation of the discipline of ideological and political education; it is conducive to coping with the risks and challenges of
ideological and political education in the era of smart media; and it is conducive to nurturing the aesthetic personality of college students and
