Abstract
Under the background of the continuous development of the global shipping industry, the demand for maritime skills is increasing.
As a new mode of education, the integration of industry and education provides a new path for the cultivation of maritime skills talents. By
analyzing the connotation and significance of the integration of industry and education, combining with the current situation and problems of
the training of maritime skills, this paper discusses the specific path of the training of maritime skills under the background of the integration
of industry and education, aiming to provide reference for improving the quality of the training of maritime skills in China.
