Construction of Cheerleading Teaching System in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Five Education Integration

Abstract


Cheerleading is included as a specialized course in many sports courses offered by colleges and universities. The core purpose of
this course is to enable students to learn and master the basic theory, training methods and key skills of cheerleading while receiving comprehensive physical exercise. Cheerleading activities encourage participants to develop the spirit of perseverance in the face of challenges, positive enterprising, self-transcendence, inspiring peers, and cooperation. Under the five education integration, we rely on the teaching carrier
of cheerleading to build an innovative cheerleading teaching system, changing the previous teaching mode that focuses excessively on sports
skills training and neglects the mutual integration of morality, intellectuality, physical fitness, aesthetics and labor. The purpose is to fulfill
the principle of cultivating talents with both moral and intellectual ability, to improve the teaching effect by virtue of the comprehensive
advantage of interdisciplinarity, and to ensure the establishment and implementation of the education system of comprehensive education for
people. Therefore, the article discusses the construction strategy of the teaching system of college cheerleading class under the perspective of
five education fusion.
