Research on School-Enterprise Collaborative Educational Path for Maritime Technology Majors

Abstract


This paper analyzes the current situation of school-enterprise joint cultivation of nautical technology majors, and clarifies the challenges of collaborative cultivation. Then, based on the concept of sandwich type talent cultivation and school-ship-school-ship talent cultivation mode, it puts forward a new path to promote in-depth collaborative cultivation between schools and enterprises, aiming at cultivating
more high-quality and comprehensive talents in the field of navigation.
