Exploration and Practice of Online Video Course in Principles of Fermentation
Abstract
rate of internet, modernization degree of Chinese education is increased year by year. Online video courses not only provide people with
high-quality educational resources and diversified learning styles, but also bring new opportunities and challenges to higher education reform. Based on network environment and undergraduate education, present paper wants to explore a new teaching model combining online
video course and traditional classroom mode for principles of fermentation, so as to meet the demand of students for engineering practice
knowledge.
