Analysis of the Impact of Professional Development of Primary School English Teachers on Teaching Effectiveness

Abstract

With the deepening of education reform, the quality of primary school English education has become the focus of attention. The professional development of primary school English teachers is considered as an important way to improve the teaching effect. Through literature
analysis and case study, this paper discusses the concept and practice of the professional development of primary school English teachers, and
analyzes the multifaceted influence of teacher professional development on the teaching effect. Research shows that by constantly improving
their professional ability, teachers can not only improve their teaching methods and classroom efficiency, but also stimulate students interest in
learning and enhance their language application ability in the teaching process. In addition, the professional development of teachers helps to
optimize classroom management, improve teaching interactivity and students academic performance. Finally, this paper puts forward strategies and suggestions to further promote the professional development of primary school English teachers.
