professional expertise, and international work experience.The research findings suggest that students participating in international courses
have a more competitive edge in the job market, especially when seeking employment in multinational enterprises.The paper also proposes
solutions to challenges in international cooperation research, such as funding, faculty, and student involvement.Finally, it suggests that universities collaborate with multinational companies to optimize curricula, fostering comprehensive career development and improving students
international employability.
