Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinas economy, enterprises have an increasing demand for business enterprise management professionals. This paper takes undergraduate colleges and universities as the basis, comprehensively analyzes the business enterprise management
professional talent training mode. First of all, it analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of talents specialized in business enterprise
management in current undergraduate colleges and universities. Secondly, it puts forward the corresponding improvement measures. Finally,
it looks forward to the future development trend of business enterprise management professional talent training mode. It aims to provide a reference for the innovation and optimization of business enterprise management professional talent training mode in undergraduate colleges and
