Research on the Challenges of Practical Teaching in Applied Undergraduate Accounting Programs
Abstract
in Chinas higher education sector. It directly reflects the optimization and adjustment of higher education in terms of structure and quality,
aiming to enhance educational quality and better serve the prosperous development of the country and local economies. Through this transformation, the focus is on cultivating students applied abilities, strengthening practical teaching components, addressing the issue of inadequate
practical education, avoiding convergence in school development, striving to excel through distinctive features, and establishing school brands
with high-quality education. This paper addresses the long-standing challenging issues in practical teaching for accounting majors in application-oriented universities. By utilizing various methods such as literature review, consulting experts, and summarizing practical experiences, it
seeks to identify and study methods and approaches to improve practical teaching in accounting majors. The hope is to provide some valuable
suggestions and references for enhancing and improving practical teaching in accounting majors.
