Abstract

In the construction process of Hainan free trade port, the importance of language resource planning is self-evident. Although Hainan
has made great achievements in economic development and fruitful industrial achievements, it is still faced with the dilemma of the lack of
multilingual talents and the lag of language informatization construction under the tide of informatization and globalization. This study deeply
analyzes the current Chinese language policies and regulations, explain the free trade port construction background the urgency of language
planning, and system combing binary new development pattern of free trade port in Hainan language planning path, aims to free trade port in
Hainan language construction to provide comprehensive theoretical support and practical guidance, promote Hainan in the economic development at the same time, realize the optimal allocation of language resources and coordinated development, enhance its comprehensive competitiveness in international exchanges and cooperation.
