Research on the Cultivation of Business Administration Professionals

Abstract


This paper analyzes the characteristics of business administration majors in undergraduate colleges and universities, and summarizes the challenges faced by the current training of talents in this specialty. Based on the research, it can be seen that there are challenges such as
single direction and method of talent training, disconnect with the needs of enterprises, and weak practical skills. In view of the existing problems, it is proposed to build a high-quality comprehensive teaching team, optimize the training program, and strengthen the practical training
and improve the assessment system. The aim is to provide more guidance for undergraduate institutions to improve the quality of business
administration personnel training and meet the demand of enterprises for complex business administration personnel.
