A Study on the Factors Influencing the Employability of Vocational Undergraduate Students Based on the Three Element Interaction Theory

Xiaoyan Li

Abstract

This study focuses on vocational undergraduate students and deeply analyzes the factors affecting their employability using the
framework of the triadic interaction theory. Through theoretical exploration and practical research, it has been found that individual level selfawareness, professional values, behavioral level professional learning practices, social expansion, as well as environmental level factors such
as family support atmosphere, school teaching resources, and social industry demand are intertwined and work together. Among them, the accuracy of individual self-awareness affects the investment and direction of professional learning and practice, the supportive atmosphere of the
family helps or hinders the breadth and depth of social expansion, and the demand for social industries guides the allocation of school teaching resources and has a reciprocal effect on the shaping of individual professional values. Research has shown that efforts should be made to
improve individual career planning guidance, optimize school education models, strengthen family and social collaboration, and other aspects
to enhance the employability of vocational undergraduate students, promote their better adaptation to job market demands, and achieve career
development.
