Abstract


The medical laboratory training base serves as a crucial platform for nurturing professionals in the field of medical laboratory science. The quality of teaching therein has a direct bearing on students practical operational capabilities and the progression of their careers.
In the current era characterized by the rapid advancement of medical technology, enhancing the teaching quality of the training base not only
caters to the demand of the medical industry for high-caliber laboratory professionals but also holds substantial significance for propelling the
development of medical education. This paper undertakes a study on the significance of elevating the teaching quality of the medical laboratory training base and proposes corresponding enhancement strategies. The objective is to further augment students comprehensive qualities,
boost their employment competitiveness, foster a greater number of excellent medical laboratory professionals, and thereby contribute to the
sound development of the health sector.
