Abstract


The ESG concept has a positive effect on corporate sustainability. It covers measurement indicators such as organizational structure
and norms, board of directors, compliance and internal control system, and visionary strategic planning. In the process of corporate governance, focusing on the above indicators, the framework of the indicator system is constructed from the multi-dimensional aspects of setting the
organizational structure norms, creating a diversified board of directors, designing the relevant systems, emphasizing the strategic planning,
clarifying the solvency, and focusing on the assessment of intellectual property rights and innovations, etc., which can help the enterprises to
strike a balance among the economic, environmental, and social benefits.
