Research on Teaching Reform of Human Resource Management Course in Applied Undergraduate Colleges based on OBE Education Concept

Abstract


In recent years, the implementation of the teaching mode of application-oriented undergraduate colleges has appeared the phenomenon of emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, which can not meet the demand of market talents and teaching development. OBE
teaching philosophy is results-oriented education, student-centered, and pays more attention to the practicability and application of teaching
results. Therefore, this paper, guided by the OBE education concept, reformed the teaching of Human resource Management and combined
with previous studies, studied the importance of teaching reform, curriculum reform ideas, existing problems and solving strategies, aiming to
improve the teaching quality of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and realize the goal of application-oriented talent training.
