Focusing on the construction of practice bases for enterprise digital management majors, this article elaborates on its adaptability
in talent cultivation, and its importance in enterprise digital transformation and industry-university-research collaborative development. It
analyzes the problems of insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation, lack of digital teaching resources, and shortcomings in the digital
ability of the teaching staff. Targeted optimization strategies are proposed, such as innovating school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms, enriching teaching resource construction channels, and strengthening the ability of the teaching staff. Its hoped to improve the effectiveness of
the construction of practice bases and promote the close integration of professional development and industry demand.
