Research on the Development Trend of Maritime Technology Major Under the Background of New Quality Productivity -- Based on Big Data Analysis of Global Shipbuilding Completions

Abstract


This paper leverages big data analysis to assess global shipbuilding completion from 2019 to 2023, as reported by Clarkson Research. It highlights China, Japan, and South Koreas market dominance and discusses the impact of new productive forces on maritime technology education. The paper proposes educational reforms, such as industry-integrated talent training, expanded international cooperation, and
innovation in education, to steer the future development of maritime technology majors.
